North Dartmoor Parishes is kept lively by a small staff team and a large family of volunteers. On this page you’ll find two types of opportunities:
- Paid or stipendiary roles when available
- Voluntary roles across our churches and communities
Volunteers are at the heart of our worship, outreach, and everyday parish life, and we aim to make every role rewarding and well-supported. For each opportunity you’ll find a short description of what’s involved, the time commitment, and the support or training provided.
We follow the Church of England’s safer-recruitment guidance. Some roles may require references and a DBS check, and full safeguarding training is offered where appropriate. You can read more on our Safeguarding page.
If something catches your eye—or if you’d just like to explore how you might help—please get in touch. We’d love to hear from you.
