The Chapel
Doccombe Chapel is a small chapel situated beside a farm track. Originally it was a barn, but in the 1840s it was converted into a chapel and given to the people of Doccombe.
The chapel is usually locked. The key is held in a nearby house by the chapel keyholder.
Services & events
At present, there are no regular services held in the chapel, except for Harvest and Christmas celebrations which involve the local community. Services are shared with Moretonhampstead or North Bovey. All services and events across North Dartmoor Parishes.
The chapel is occasionally used as a meeting room and films may be shown.
